Grand Illusion under way!!

So came Friday we had our first clue from Miss Bonnie Hunter!!  It promises to be another great quilt.  Worked the weekend and got the broken dishes together with the half square triangles done.  Therapeutic as it was it was over to fast, and Friday is still a long way away. 
So decided to haul out Easy Street which became a UFO in January due to much tragedy.  So the idea is to keep up with the steps for Grand Illusion whilst following up weekly with the Easy Street steps and hopefully we will have two very different quilt tops done and dusted just after new years.
A small favour from me have a look at the link  and see what other quilters are doing with their Grand Illusion steps, there is some really beautiful colour choices and then some funky prints thrown in the mix as well.
